Excellent Location and Friendly Service

I found the hotel to be an amazing deal. Our Double Room Ensuite was nice and easy to access. Functional windows. The staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful.
The hotel provided a car service and upon arrival I was informed that the prepaid room available only had a single bed. This created an unexpected inconvenience for me.

The hotel provided a convenient location close to Victoria Station. The staff members, Fawad and Usman, offered helpful assistance . The inclusion of free breakfast and a complimentary coffee and tea vending machine added value. My recently renovated room featured a clean bathroom.
The room showed some signs of needing further upkeep.

The location near Victoria Station proved quite handy. I appreciated the breakfast provided each morning, even toast was available. Staff helped make toast, it was very appreciated.
The bathroom was notably small. I struggled to close the door.
